Most of these photos were taken at a distance with the exception of the fifth and the sixth images. I tried to create a sense of depth with the use of foreground, middle ground and background in the photos. For instance in the fourth photo the hills and trees that are far from the front are very small and create a sense of depth because they are the background of the photo. I shot all the photos horizontally to give a basic view of the scenes, almost as if you were standing beside me as I took the photos. Once again the fourth photo I applied the rule of thirds with one of the trees lining up on one of the points of intersection but the seventh photo I did not consider the rule of thirds and the eighth photo I had the horizon line in the middle of the photo, something I would probably fix if I retook the photo. The first, second and sixth photos were cityscape. All of these were taken at a distance to show the size of the whole photo. They were all taken horizontally and from a relatively straight on point of view. My photos try to communicate the type of feeling you would have if you were in the place I took them. The second photo for example may make you feel relaxed because it shows the beach outside the cityscape.
